Work doesn’t feel like work – it feels like coming home, thanks to the wonderful people I’m surrounded by.

Thermory is actually my very first job. I remember when I first came here – there were ponds on the premises where you could go feed the ducks. I began my career as an assistant on the glue press. Back then, I was inspired by the operator of the four-side planer – a petite, slender woman confidently taking on demanding, traditionally male-dominated tasks. I remember thinking, “I want to do that too!”

As a little girl, I often followed my father around, always curious about the practical, hands-on work he did. That’s where my passion for doing this kind of work – the kind not usually done by women – began.

Over time, I’ve worked in three different departments and operated various machines: the glue press, Opticut, Makor, and Ceetec. I’m a fairly restless person, always looking for new challenges – and Thermory has given me the opportunity to grow and explore those. One long-time dream of mine was to gain forklift operator certification, and working here has made that dream a reality.

The company has always made me feel genuinely cared for and supported. As a mother, I especially appreciate the understanding and flexibility I’ve experienced from those in leadership – it’s made it easier to balance work and family life. Here, work doesn’t feel like work – it feels like coming home, thanks to the wonderful people I’m surrounded by.
