98% of Thermory softwoods are FSC/PEFC certified. Our production is ISO certified. We also have the Nordic Ecolabel and other third-party quality environmental certifications. Our thermos treatment process is 100% chemical free, which means Thermory products are completely safe for use decades in the future when they need to be reused or recycled.
Pleasing to the touch
Thermory thermally-treated boards are precision finished, leaving the wood surface totally splinter-free and silky to the touch. Heat treatment removes excess water from wood, so the specific gravity decreases significantly, making it easier to carry and install. Lighter wood also means less stress on structures.
Stability with a capital S
Unlike plastic composites or tropical wood, Thermory boards do not bend over time or warp due to temperature fluctuations. This is a particularly useful feature for buildings constructed in warm and humid climates. Thermory products are also completely resistant to rot.
